Interested in bringing ThicKups to your patients? We will soon be serving healthcare facilities throughout Southeastern North Carolina, but we want to hear from facilities anywhere in the United States. If you’re interested in ordering ThicKups for your facility, please reach out to us. Your interest helps us understand demand and identify where we should expand next.

Storage & Usage FAQs

How should ThicKups be stored?

Our ice cream products should be stored frozen at 0°F (-18°C) or below. Thawed portions
should be consumed within a safe time frame and not refrozen.

Can ThicKups be used in therapy or rehabilitation settings?

Absolutely. Speech-language pathologists can use ThicKups as part of dysphagia therapy to target swallowing while maintaining patient enjoyment. This is the benefit of having a product created and clinically tested by licensed medical speech-language pathologists. We want to give our fellow medical SLPs the confidence they need to use our products with their dysphagia patients.
